This is going to become a kind of op-ed hopefully useful for any future public state of affairs, which should arise once the enterprise of ours germinates as dreamed and planned by the Zeitgeist I’m intermittently in touch since the inception of gender-centered which-hunt now under way since at least April, 2010 (i.e. few days after president Lech Kaczyński plane crash on attempted landing near Smoleńsk in Russia, just 75 years after the Katyń massacre of 1940 by Stalin led authorities, ruling the USSR of the post Ribbentrop-Molotov pact era) in the social landscape I feel embedded in already for more than half a century, in the territory, land and state-country in todays eastern part of CEE known, since circa 1989/1990 as Republic of Poland.

It is the subjects, sometimes (by inertial habit of speech, or rather via slip of an ideological lingo, inherited from Polish People Republic, where in exchange of politeness forms like ‘comrade’ and ‘Sir.’, or ‘Mr’ – it was deemed almost obligatory in any state-citizen related affaires and communications) also identified just as citizens, inhabiting this core portion of Europe, whom I dare to refere as natives.

This very distinction – subjects vs citizens turns out to be quite indicative if not even self- not only -fulfilling, but also self-propelling prophecy – in the population at large ideological struggle and related parlance. Hence we have arrived to the observation #1 of this esssay: the idiomatic practices of the political forces into which formerly totalitarian societal body was dissected, due to their being still unaware that from several decennia already, instead of being self-liberated from communist yoke, they had – by their mere conceptual inertia, managed strangely enough to latch themselves into new kind of enslavement. It is just about and around the few distinctions implied and partly named above, that I’ll ponder in my discourse while developing stories and narratives of this and alike kind, moving further into this blog.

In the role of senior IT / IS Specialist, since Oct. 1988 at Politechnika Warszawska (aka Warsaw Univ. of Technology) Main Library, from 1999 till 2010 I was dealing with content-addressable / semantic networks based taxonomies indispensable in classifying all the incoming information materials in Polish, English, French, German and Russian in the subject areas of mathematics, computing and management. During a parallel stint at International Data Group Poland weekly Computerworld Polska in 1993 - 2002 I was a staff writer and journalist reporting about events of interest for CEO's and CIO's in Polish academic, commercial and industrial institutions and enterprises. Since 1985 I am interested in history of logic, mathematics and computing (history of formal sciences, including mathematical linguistics - in general). During last 15-20 years these interests coalesced into something called cognitive sciences. I am currently preparing a series of papers dealing with challenges to computationalism in philosophy of mind from the multiple standpoints offered by socially constructed (or professional communities' induced) taxonomies / ontologies / worlds / epistemologies.

This is only the 1st portion of the story, to be continued, taking into account the observations of events as they form IMHO the socially accelerating chain reaction of an almost revolutionary kind – which shall become cler in due time under the circumstances as we wittness them on the spot, here in Poland.
